1 - WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide! For international orders please allow 3-10 business days. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at time of delivery. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In some regions you should allow additional delivery time due to customs delays. Keep in mind customs policies vary from country to country and unfortunately we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. Please note that no matter whom the carrier is, U.S. Postal or private, the laws and rules are the same for everyone. Each country is different and each carrier handles these issues differently when clearing customs.

2 - WHY AM I GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE AT CHECKOUT?

The zip code alert will show up if any of the address fields are incorrect. The billing address must be the same address that is on the credit/debit card that you are using to make the purchase. If that is not the address that is on the card you are trying to use, then you need to input the billing address from the card, and select the option that will allow you to ship to another address.

3 - HOW MUCH ARE YOU SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your state/country and weight of products ordered.

4 - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

The refund process takes 3-5 business days to complete, and once the process is completed a refund will be credited to the same credit card used for purchase.
