Not In Love With Your Purchase?
We’ll gladly exchange or refund unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. Simply mail it back to us within 14 days of your order date and the cost of your item(s) will be refunded to your credit card.
Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Exchanges after 14 days cannot be accepted. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.
Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online and instructions on how to use it will be included.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back. If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
ExchangesIf you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend you send the original item back and purchase a new item.
